Payment must be 50% upfront then 50% once commission is completed

I am unable to start work until 50% of payment is received

Refunds will not be granted unless under specific circumstances, in which I’ll let you know when it can be refunded or not

I will consistently give you updates throughout making the commission

Commission may take up to 3 weeks depending on complications.

Must provide deadline if you have one, There will be a rush fee if you need the drawing within 1-4 days after half is payed. Rush fee will depend on how fast you need it, and how big the drawing is. but will not reach above 30$.

You must provide me with a reference or detailed description of what you need

even though the theme for this carrd is pixelated i do not have pixel art commissions up just yet!

I reserve the right to reject any commission for any reason

I retain copyright over the artwork

I can post the commission on sites, use it on social media and any other means of promoting myself, unless you have specifically asked me not to.

You cannot trace, copy or claim the artwork as your own

You may NOT repost the artwork unless proper credit is given

You agree to use it exclusively for personal non-profit use. You can NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, merchandise etc) Unless it is specifically a commercial use commission!

You may not use my art for any kind of NFT, AI, etc

you may do as you please for adoptable characters bought, but you may not claim my art of adoptable as your own artwork
